We will send you Two 12-bottles shipments, one in May and one in November (we recommend this option for those that live in areas with extreme weather conditions). We will email you our selections for the shipment, but all shipments are customizable. Simply update your online account to reflect the wines you would like substituted, or call us and we will take care of it for you.
